“OFA”について
“OFA”は,宇佐美の理念“OfficeForArchitects”の頭文字からなる,個人建築設計事務所です。工務店での施工管理実務、東京理科大学/宇都宮大学大学院での学習と研究,ベトナムでの 研究/設計等、多様な経験を背景に「建築は“関係”をつくるメディアであり,ディテールは “関係” をより深くする」という理念のもと活動を展開しています。建築物 や 空間の使い方の創出から,家具や建具等の身体に近い単位をベースに機能性（ファンクショナル）と合理性（リーズナブル）を追求して美しい空間と建築物をつくるお手伝いをします。
About “OFA”
“OFA” is an independent architectural practice founded on the idea of“Office for Architects.”
The practice is grounded in broad range of experience construction management at a building contractor, academic research at Tokyo University of Science
and the Graduate School of Utsunomiya University, and Design and Research work in Vietnam.
OFA believes that architecture is a medium that creates relationships—between people, space,
and context and that thoughtful details deepen those relationships.From the overall organization
of buildings and the way spaces are used, to elements close to the body such as furniture and
joinery, we propose functionality and rational clarity. Our goal is creatting architecture and
spaces that are beautiful, practical, and considered.
“OfficeForArchitects”について
“OfficeForArchitects”は,宇佐美が勤務したベトナムのインフラが整っていない地域の伝統民族の村の学校や住居の建築デザインを通じて、地場素材の循環を実践し国際的にも活躍している１＋１＞２建築事務所の建築家ホアントックハオ氏のHappy Architectureの運動からの影響を受けています。ベトナムの現代建築デザインの研究と実践を通じて、建築は建築物を構成する素材や、素材の生産や組立の技術を統率する建築家、産地や生産地といった,場所性の交わりから生み出されることは重要なことだと実感しました。その中で,特に建築家の文化、社会的なことに貢献していきたい思いから“OfficeForArchitects”を掲げました。独立当初から建築設計の実務と並行して,建築士の学習・言論の場、設計事務所の経営に関する勉強会等を運営しています。
Happy Architecture：建築家ホアントックハオ氏が提唱する、建築家が主導する素材の流通や生産、設計・施工まで、その地場の人や素材と共に建築をつくり、地場の人々が幸福な日常を過ごすための運動・実践。
About “OfficeForArchitects”
“OfficeForArchitects” is influenced by the Happy Architecture movement advocated by KTS Hoang Thuc Hao of 1+1>2 Architects, recognized Vietnamese practice.
Through the design of schools and housing in ethnically traditional villages located in infrastructurally underdeveloped regions of Vietnam, the firm has promoted the circulation and practical use of local materials.Through both research and practice in the contemporary architectural design, Usami came to recognize the importance of understanding architecture as something generated from the inter-section of the materials that constitute a building, the systems of production and assembly,
the architect who orchestrates these processes, and the locality of origin, distribution, and cultural context. Based on this understanding, and with a desire to contribute more actively to the cultural and social role of architects, he adopted the name “OfficeForArchitects.” Since its founding, alongside professional design practice, the office has organized study groups and forums for architects and designers, as well as seminars on the management of architectural practices.
Happy Architecture is a movement and practice proposed by architect Hoang Thuc Hao. It advocates
for architect-led engagement in material distribution, production, design, and construction processes,
working collaboratively with local people and materials in order to create architecture that supports the everyday happiness of communities.

建物本体の美しいコンクリートや家電販売店の展示品であったスクリーンを有し、様々な用途でご利用いただけます。
また、定期的に建築に関する企画・イベントを開催し、建築家が集まる楽しい場所を意図しています。

Office For Architects
“OfficeForArchitects”は、スペースオーの代表である宇佐美が勤務したベトナムのハノイにある建築事務所1 + 1＞２のホアントックハオ氏のHappy Architectureの運動から影響を受けています。その中で、特に建築家の文化、社会的なことに貢献していきたいと思って“OfficeForArchitects”を掲げました。

ST3
St3(スタッフスタディスタジオ)は、独立前の建築家（原則）を対象とした完全対面xクローズ型の紹介制プロジェクトレヴューの場です。
毎回、建築設計事務所に所属したり独立を目指している人が取組まれている建築設計の取組やプロジェクトを、軽食をしながら参加者内で共有し、批評や意見交換をすることで新しい発見が生まれたり設計者のネットワーク形成を意図しています。

HOPSCOTCH
我々は、緊急事態宣言の期間中に、建築の専門領域の内外について議論する、日本全国の建築家を集めたトークイベントをスタートしました。 第一回第二回では、仮称で行っていましたが、チーム名を、Hopscotch(ホップスコッチ)として活動していきます。 ホップスコッチは、英語で「けんけんぱ」という意味です。 「地面に描かれた線によって遊びが生まれ、その線をもとに、描いた人以外の人も遊びを生み出すことができる。」という意味を込めて名付けました。多様な職種、多様な議論のプラットフォームとなることを目指し、時に真剣に、時に遊びながら、いろいろな方と社会や都市、建築について共に考えていけたらと思っています。
“HOPSCOTCH/ホップスコッチ”の展望 今後の展開としては、ある特定の専門家をお呼びしディスカッションをする「ホップスコッチトーキング」地域で実践をするアーキテクト等に対して実際の建物や現場を訪問している様子を放送する「ホップスコッチリポート」等 様々なコンテンツを企画していきたいと考えております。また、ライブ配信している動画は随時このYoutubeのhopscotchページに公開しアーカイブをしていきます。次回以降の情報は、FacebookのHopscotchグループページを中心に各SNSを通じて告知していきますのでこれからもお楽しみいただけたら幸いです。
